This experience provided the building blocks for MJM Group's ability to bring discipline and innovation to the complex process of hospitality development.

Early in his career, Anuj worked with major financial institutions, overseeing individual real estate loan transactions of up to $100 million for groups including non-profits and public-private partnerships - a foundation that fortifies MJM Group's ability to envision and execute successful development strategies. Anuj is dedicated to delivering projects of significant and enduring value. For each project, he spends countless hours in research and development working with a team of professionals strategically identifying the most profitable opportunities, aligning our goals and objectives while minimizing risk. Always a forward thinker, Anuj focuses on developing our 5-year pipeline of exciting projects leading our company with exceptional vision into cutting edge developments. Steve Russak serves as Director of Design and Construction. A highly qualified professional, Steve's expertise in successful project completion is due in part to his wide-ranging experience with building diverse projects in various markets including medical, industrial, commercial, and hospitality. A true team player, Steve's approach to each project is to ensure success for all stakeholders. His work ethic demonstrates his eye for detail and relentless focus on quality.

Prior to joining MJM, Steve worked as a general contractor, design manager, and owner representative. This experience gives Steve a unique insight into the total project delivery process. Steve holds certifications as a LEED AP BD+C and PMP (Project Management Professional).

At MJM, Steve manages the design and construction of all projects. His focus includes facilitating the design process by performing architectural and constructability reviews, review of critical reports such as ESA Phase-I, Geotechnical, and Surveys. Steve assesses brand construction requirements, and oversees the project architect, the value engineering process, project schedules, budgets, costs, and quality control. The scope of his responsibilities also includes coordination of the FF&E procurement firm. Upon completion of construction, Steve is responsible for turning over the project to the hotel management company. Steve works from MJM's Charlotte office.

Nicolle, in her role as Manager, Accounting and Legal, brings two decades of administrative and accounting experience in diverse industries, including legal, banking, and healthcare. Prior to joining MJM, Nicolle supported critical functions of the legal department within a Fortune 100 company in the financial industry. After relocating to North Carolina to attend school, she obtained employment with one to the largest law firms in the state. Nicolle graduated Summa cum laude from the North Carolina State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Zoology.

The depth and breadth of Nicolle's background, along with her organizational talent and meticulous eye for detail are invaluable to MJM as she completes duties that include: all company accounting functions and coordination of legal matters. Undaunted by a challenge, Nicolle applies problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assist Anuj by acting as a liaison between MJM and its lenders, accounting firm, attorneys and management company. Gifted with a cheerful and resourceful mindset, she eagerly assists in any way she can to contribute to MJM's success. Nicolle works from MJM's Raleigh office.

Walker Geyer

Walker serves as MJM as Director of Operations and Development, bringing over twenty years of experience and achievement in hospitality financing along with in-depth knowledge of the Marriott, Hilton, Starwood and Hyatt brands. His exceptionally sharp skill in interpreting and evaluating hotel financing options has allowed him to build meaningful relationships with hospitality lenders all over the country. Prior to joining MJM Group, Walker held the position of Managing Director Capital Markets with Paramount Lodging Advisors, a prominent hotel advisory firm.

At MJM Group, Walker supports the site selection process based upon market demand, brand and cost criteria, as well as generating project development budgets, pro formas, and capital structure analysis. MJM relies on Walker's proven ability to facilitate communication with lenders and investors and to support collaborative relationships with key entities that include the architect, civil engineer, general contractor and hotel management company associated with each project.
