Anuj Mittal brings decades of real estate and hospitality development experience to every project he undertakes. In 2003, he left the corporate world and ultimately acquired an old, struggling hotel in 2004. With a vision to renovate and rebrand, Anuj successfully repositioned the hotel doubling its value in just 2 years. Thereafter, from 2006 to 2020, he developed 8 award winning Marriott hotels in North Carolina.

Since 2020, Anuj has shifted his focus to developing single & multi family home communities. He leads MJM Group's team of specialized professionals, guiding every stage of the process — including identifying and acquiring sites, managing due diligence and entitlement approvals. Under his leadership, MJM Group works closely with all stakeholders to ensure each community is unique and thoughtfully planned, adds lasting value to the region, and provides builders with well-prepared, market-ready home sites. Anuj drives his team to focus on innovative planning, efficient project management, and attention to detail to deliver communities that stand out for their design, functionality, and long-term value.

Before founding MJM, Anuj held senior positions with international banks and financial institutions, overseeing over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans. He earned his M.B.A. from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Anuj enjoys spending time with his friends & family, networking, cooking, and traveling internationally.
