  • Floresta Springs, Alex Cockman Road, Pittsboro, NC - Strategically acquired ten contiguous parcels for a total combined acreage of 163 acres - Creating a carefully crafted sub-division for 81 custom homes sites, ranging from 1 to 2 acres each
  • Floresta Trails, Trailwood Drive, Raleigh, NC - Acquired sites on as-is basis - Successfully rezoned two of the three sites from single family to multi-family despite previous owners having been denied - Presently working on highest & best use plans
  • Rainforest Estates, Green Level Road, Apex, NC - Acquired and transformed 35 acres of rural residential land to a boutique luxury, single-family homes community - Delivering shovel-ready lots to custom home builders including direct sales to potential home buyers - One of the first exclusive communities to set the tone for individual lot pricing greater than $1 million
  • Providence Road, Charlotte, NC - Assembled three contiguous parcels with existing single-family and multi-family structures - Re-zoned and entitled for 20 townhomes - Completed site-plan approval and sold to a regional builder
  • White Oak Road, Raleigh, NC - Subdivided and entitled a single-family site to four multi-million-dollar lots - Worked diligently with residents of this established and affluent neighborhood to gain their support
  • Peace & Boylan Streets, Raleigh, NC - Re-zoned and entitled a single family site to a retail & multi-family development - Managed to curtail heavy opposition by neighbors - Completed site-plan approval and sold to a regional builder
